At School: This week, we refocused our attention on classroom routines and expectations. Students reviewed and practiced telling time on an analog clock and took part in a variety of fun Halloween-themed activities. We listened to a Halloween story and made text connections by comparing and contrasting ourselves with the main character. Students also completed a directed drawing in their visual journals and worked together to complete some literacy and numeracy activities as well. We also went on the computers for the first time this year! Everyone did a fantastic job logging in and exploring engaging math and coding games that helped reinforce number sense and problem-solving skills.
